1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our teams. All new subscribers are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee:
- If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may cancel for a full refund of all fees paid.
- This guarantee applies to both monthly and annual plans.
- No questions asked — simply contact us within 30 days of your subscription start date.
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
2. Monthly Subscription Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions operate on a flexible, commitment-free basis:
- You may cancel at any time by providing 30 days written notice.
- Your team will continue working through the end of your current billing period.
- No refunds are provided for partial months already in progress.
- Your subscription will not auto-renew after the cancellation effective date.
Example: If your billing date is the 15th and you cancel on March 20th, your team remains active through April 15th (30 days notice). You will not be charged again after that date.
3. Annual Subscription Cancellation
Annual subscriptions offer a 20% discount in exchange for an annual commitment. Early cancellation is handled as follows:
- You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice.
- A pro-rated refund will be issued for unused full months remaining in your annual term.
- A 10% early termination fee is deducted from the refund amount to account for the annual discount received.
- No refund is provided for partial months.
Example: If you paid $129,990 for an annual Scale plan and cancel after 4 months, the refund is calculated as: (8 remaining months × $10,832.50/month) − 10% early termination = $77,994 refund.
4. Refund Eligibility & Processing
Eligible for Refund
- Cancellation within the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period
- Annual plan early termination (pro-rated minus termination fee)
- Service outage exceeding 5 consecutive business days due to ZeroFin fault
- Failure to provide a replacement team member within the guaranteed 48-hour window
Not Eligible for Refund
- Partial months on monthly subscriptions
- Dissatisfaction with project outcomes when team delivered agreed-upon work
- Cancellation due to client-side project delays or internal reorganization
- Services already rendered and accepted
Processing Timeline
All approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add an additional 3–5 business days.
5. Downgrading Your Plan
If your needs change, you can downgrade to a lower tier instead of cancelling:
- Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- No fees or penalties for downgrading.
- We'll help transition your team composition to match the new plan.
- Urgent downgrades can often be accommodated within 24 hours.
6. Team Member Replacement
Before considering cancellation, remember that team member issues can be resolved without changing your plan:
- Free replacement within 48 hours for any team member, no questions asked.
- Unlimited replacement requests during your subscription.
- Replacement requests do not affect your billing or constitute cancellation.
- If we cannot provide a suitable replacement within 48 hours, you are eligible for a prorated credit.
7. How to Cancel
To initiate a cancellation, use any of the following methods:

Please include your company name, subscription plan, and preferred cancellation date. You will receive a confirmation email within 1 business day acknowledging your request and confirming the effective cancellation date.
8. After Cancellation
When your subscription ends:
- All work product (code, designs, documentation) is delivered to you in full.
- We provide up to 14 days of transition assistance at no extra cost — including knowledge transfer, documentation, and handoff to your internal team or new vendor.
- Your data is retained for 90 days, after which it is permanently deleted (per our Privacy Policy).
- You may reactivate your subscription at any time — we'll prioritize re-engaging the same team members when possible.
9. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:
- Fraudulent activity or abuse of the satisfaction guarantee
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Repeated cancellation and re-subscription to exploit promotional offers
